The short answer is No!
Haste Arcade is actually considered skill-based gaming. In other words, the outcome of a game played in the arcade is not determined by chance.
So what makes a game considered "skill" vs "chance"?
- Skill-based games require the physical or mental ability to carry out a specific result. A simple question you can ask yourself to determine if a game is skill-based or chance-based is this... By practicing this game, can I get better? If the answer is "Yes", then it's most likely considered skill-based.
- Games of chance typically have an outcome that is largely influenced by a random number generator (aka chance) or some other form of uncertainty.
- It is possible for some games of chance to have some skill layered into them and for some games of skill to have some chance layered in, however, nearly all U.S. states/courts have ways to determine which of the two (skill vs chance) predominately determine the outcome of a game.
