The Haste Player Card is the world’s first output NFT. Players can mint their own Player Card, and hold onto it for rewards, or sell it in the Haste Marketplace. Once a player card is minted, the card holder is entitled to 10% of all the card player’s gameplay output. Additionally, if the original minter decides to sell their Player Card, they earn 10% of each subsequent sale of their Player Card.
Example: Elisa mints her player card and holds onto it for 2 months. During those two months, each time she plays a game, she gets a 10% rebate on her gameplay. After 2 months, she decides to list her Player Card for sale. Bill buys Elisa’s player card and is then entitled to 10% of all of Elisa’s gameplay outputs. Several months later, Bill sells Elisa's card to Mary. Bill get's a portion of the sale price, Elisa earns a 10% royalty for being the origin "minter", and Elisa will start earning 10% every time Elisa plays a game in the Haste Arcade. Elisa could by her own card back but this process of trade happens in perpetuity.
